Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Birmingham

Consult Solutions are recruiting for Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultants for our office based in Birmingham City Centre.

We have vacancies in both our IT Division and our Finance Division.

Basic is £16,000 – £20,000 dependant on experience, £35,000 – £40,000 OTE

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

-       Sales experience (outbound and targeted) with evidence of success

-       The desire and drive to be the best at what you do (Do you feel you’re ‘good at life’?)

-       Money motivation – Are you excited by the fact that unlike any other entry level role you could be earning life changing sums of money?

-       A persuasive and competitive nature

So, what does the role of recruitment consultant entail?

-       Cold-calling to win new business

-       Meeting clients on site to sell your service

-       Finding candidates utilising a variety of methods:  advertising, headhunting, networking and referrals

-       Managing the whole lifecycle of a job process (from initial winning of a vacancy, sourcing CVs, arranging interviews, negotiating offers, through to the successful placement of a candidate)
