Consult Solutions are here to assist you at every stage of your search for a new position, from when you make your initial contact with us to your first day in your new role.

The process begins with an initial telephone interview with your consultant where we can discuss your career ambitions, previous experience and the organisations you want to work for. Our commitment to you is to be open and honest telling you the things you want and may not want to hear. We’ll spend as much time as we need to fully understand what you are looking for. This also gives you an opportunity to understand how Consult Solutions work and for us to answer any questions that you may have.

All we ask of you is that you are open and honest with us and you keep us up-to-date with your activity. This will enable us to ensure that we help you to the best of our ability.

Once we have identified a specific role for you, we will share with you all the information that we have gathered from working with the recruiting manager. This will give you the best possible start to the process but it is also important for you to do your own research on the company.

When you are offered your new role, Consult Solutions will handle negotiations over your start date and benefits package – including salary, training and bonuses.

Once you have secured a role, your consultant will remain a point of contact leading up to your first day.
After you have started work your consultant will visit you onsite to check you have settled in and find out if they can offer you any further assistance.
